Returns & Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not, this policy explains how to return an item and get your money back. It applies to all orders placed on online stores operated by Fuego Capital LLC and does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer in your country.

30-day returns

You may return most items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, with any tags attached. For hygiene reasons some products (for example, opened personal-care items or underwear) may not be returnable; this will be stated on the product page.

How to start a return

• Email admin@fuegocapitalmarketing.com with your order number and the item(s) you want to return.
• We will reply within 1–2 business days with return instructions and the return address.
• Please do not send items back without contacting us first, as we cannot always identify unannounced returns.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may need additional time to show the credit on your statement.

Return shipping costs

If the item is defective, damaged or not what you ordered, we cover the cost of return shipping or send a replacement at no cost. For change-of-mind returns, return shipping is paid by the customer unless stated otherwise.

Damaged, defective or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will offer a replacement or a full refund.

Cancellations

You can cancel an order free of charge before it ships by emailing us. Once an order has shipped, the returns process above applies.

EU/UK consumers

Customers in the United Kingdom have a statutory right to cancel a distance purchase within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason. Our 30-day window extends this right.

Chargebacks

If you have a problem with an order, please contact us first. We resolve most issues within a few days and are always happy to help.
