Shipping Policy

This policy applies to all orders placed on online stores operated by Fuego Capital LLC ("we", "us", "our"). We ship to customers in the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada and Australia.

Order processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding US public holidays) after payment is confirmed. During peak seasons or promotions processing may take slightly longer; we will let you know by email if your order is delayed.

Delivery times

• United States: typically 5–10 business days after processing.
• United Kingdom: typically 7–15 business days after processing.
• Canada: typically 7–15 business days after processing.
• Australia: typically 7–15 business days after processing.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, weather, customs inspections and public holidays can affect delivery.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs, if any, are shown at checkout before you pay. Free-shipping offers, when available, are stated clearly on the store and at checkout.

Order tracking

Every order ships with tracking. Once your order leaves our fulfillment partner, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and link.

Customs, duties and taxes

Prices are shown in your local currency (USD, GBP, CAD or AUD). For the United Kingdom and Australia, applicable VAT/GST is collected at checkout where required by law. For other destinations, any import duties or taxes charged by local authorities, if applicable, are the customer's responsibility unless stated otherwise at checkout.

Wrong address, lost or damaged parcels

Please check your shipping address carefully before completing your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible; we can update the address only if the order has not yet shipped. If your tracking shows no movement for 10 business days, or your parcel arrives damaged, email us at admin@fuegocapitalmarketing.com with your order number and, for damaged items, a photo. We will send a replacement or issue a refund.
