These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of this website and of the online stores operated by Fuego Capital LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("we", "us", "our"). By using our sites or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Our business

Fuego Capital LLC sells physical consumer products directly to consumers online. We do not provide financial, investment, lending or money-transmission services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order.

3. Products and pricing

We try to describe and display products as accurately as possible. Colors may vary slightly depending on your screen. Prices are shown in local currency at checkout and may change without notice. If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to an error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

4. Orders and payment

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we ship the product. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if a product is out of stock or we suspect fraud; in that case you receive a full refund. Payments are processed securely by our third-party payment providers.

5. Shipping, returns and refunds

Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy. Returns and refunds are governed by our Returns & Refund Policy.

6. Intellectual property

All content on our sites, including text, images, logos and designs, belongs to Fuego Capital LLC or its licensors and may not be used without permission.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse our sites, including attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with their operation or using them for unlawful purposes.

8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

Our sites are provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or any statutory rights you have as a consumer.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If you are a consumer in the UK, Canada or Australia, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of your country.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force when you place an order applies to that order.
